Founded by entertainment writer, producer and entrepreneur Brandon D. Campbell, Little Rock Fashion Week was established to showcase the talents of local designers, models and artists and connect them with consumers, marketers and buyers. To increase awareness for local designers and artists and promote economic growth and development in a diverse metro region that has a population of nearly one million, Little Rock Fashion Week welcomes national and international fashion labels and corporations to participate. About Najo Najo is the brainchild of Natasha Rawls. Natasha was born and raised in Little Rock, Ar. August 23, 1973. She has been doing sketch design since junior high school. Finally, after attending college for everything from psychology and criminal justice to pharmacy technician, she began sewing her own designs in March 2006. After a fateful meeting with two other local designers, Harriett Martin and Korto Momolu, Natasha had her first fashion showing on November 18, 2006, at Lulav in downtown Little Rock. In late March 2007, she tried out for the popular Bravo reality show “Project Runway” in Chicago, Ill. And though she did not get on the show, it has not deterred her from her long-time dream of being a fashion designer. Natasha’s designer label is NaJo; after her two beloved sons, Nathan and Jordan. “My ultimate goal is to be a fashion designer full-time. Fashion has literally become my life! It is all-consuming for me….” Since winning LRFW clothing line of the year, Najo has been worn by national celebrities(see photos of Najo). NaJo Clothing can be found at Jeante’s in Pleasant Ridge Shopping Center. For custom wear or booking call: 501.247.8452 or e-mail: info@littlerockfashionweek.com
